USG Boral: Loyalty App, Last Mile
Natter designed an application for the end customers of USG Boral which are carpenters. The application enabled a loyalty program for the carpenters including a points redemption module and a back-end desktop application. It also helped the brand onboard retailers and dealers while registering the overall sales. USG is a global conglomerate that provides innovative wall, ceiling products and systems.
Task
USG Boral addresses the global environmental challenges and helps in sustainable construction and brings down the operational cost of running buildings. It helps architects and construction companies create sustainable, safer, faster, less costly ways to build. Building owners need better running buildings with lower operating costs. The application focused on engaging with the carpenters and creating a strong relationship with the brand. The end-goal was to create a functional database of carpenters across the country to turn them as its last mile influencer. The app was thoroughly tested for its ability to handle the data, flow and ability to take on load.
